My name is Joseph Lambert, born and raised in Texas, and living here still. I'm a senior in college, here in Arlington, going for my BFA, and I may just graduate someday, if time and money permit.

I enjoy making art, and I've been doing it since as far back as I can remember. My passion is portraiture and figurative work, but I delve into just about everything else, depending on what I'm feeling on any given day. I love to read comics and gain a lot of inspiration from comic book artists such as Alex Ross, Joe Madureira, and Tony Moore, to name a few. I also have a great deal of respect and hope to live up to other fantastic artists like Norman Rockwell, Gil Elvgren, and Alberto Vargas.

My hobbies include drawing (of course), reading comic books, fixing computers, playing video games, watching horror movies (good and bad), and having fun with my girlfriend and our fat chihuahua.

With any luck, I'll be able to get a job related to my artwork, one day, perhaps illustrating for comics, or just doing portraiture, but only time will tell.
