Random Borders Drawing #11 11/17/2010
More sketching for the sake of sketching at this past Sunday's sketch group meeting. Passionately learning and growing as I go, and, with any luck, that will never cease. 1 Comment Random Borders Drawing #10 11/08/2010
Sexy Starbucks Noses 11/02/2010
Emphasis on more of a cartoonish style than a realistic one, this day. Larger emphasis on picking out ladies who have a unique nose. I dig NICE noses, PRETTY proboscises, SENSUAL snouts, BEAUTIFUL beaks, SEXY schnozes!!! Don't judge me! Anyway...without further ado, here's the picture! Random Borders Drawings #8 & 9 11/02/2010
Annnnd now, the past 2 weeks sketches! Hurrah! Random Borders Drawings #6 & 7 10/24/2010
Late again, because scanning these little sketches is the last thing on my mind when I get home and need to relax. However, I decided I should definitely post the last 2 weeks before a third piles up. So, here we have...more random people from Borders, and a couple of people who have made cameos in previous weekly sketches. They should feel honored to be recurring models! I fell a little behind on the updating, but the sketch group is still going on every Sunday, noon to 6pm at Borders in Arlington! Still having a blast, and getting good practice in on mobile/unaware life models. RANDOM BORDERS DRAWINGS #3 09/22/2010
Third sketch group meeting this past Sunday. Looking like we'll be getting more frequent attendees, and I'm definitely enjoying myself. Sketching, sitting back with a white mocha, conversing with good friends and meeting new people - sounds like an enjoyable Sunday to me. RANDOM BORDERS DRAWINGS #2 09/15/2010
Second sketch group meeting this past Sunday. Went pretty well. Had a better turn out, this week, and it should be even larger this coming Sunday. If you're reading this, come join us! Anyway, here's what I threw together. RANDOM BORDERS DRAWINGS 09/06/2010
So, I started a little weekly sketch group, and we (the TWO of us...it's very little now...hopefully it'll grow by the week) sat inside the cafe at Borders Books, just doing random life drawings. So here are my personal results from that. It was interesting. FIRST FIRST LADY 07/21/2010
Some digital work I'm doing for a school project. Many hours put into it, and there's really no deeper meaning. It is what it is. Disturbing. |
